A baseball and softball training facility in Hanover, MA. We test athletes with the same equipment pro and college programs use, then coach them on a program built from the results.
What we
do here.
We opened in 2007 to give South Shore players the kind of training that used to mean a trip to a college or pro facility.
Today we run pitching, hitting and softball pitching programs out of a 20,000 sq ft building in Hanover. The lab has markerless motion capture, a force-plate mound, force plates in the batter’s box, TrackMan and high-speed video.
Every athlete starts with an assessment. Members train with a coach in every session, follow their program in the ASP Boost app, and retest every 6 weeks.
College teams.
And pros.
College baseball programs bring their teams here for assessments. We also work with MLB and minor league players. Everyone gets the same tests.
Programs bring their pitching staffs in and test the whole roster in a day. Every player gets a report, and the staff sees the team side by side.
Professional players test and train here in the offseason.
Athletes 13 and up use the same equipment and the same assessment.
